Company aims to streamline its offer in order to meet client needs

Green 4 Solutions, provider of CRM admissions, food & beverage, retail, membership and marketing solutions, has announced that it will now focus purely on helping clients within the visitor attraction and recreational leisure industries, in order to streamline its offering.

The company has been bringing CRM solutions to the sport and leisure industries since it first began in 2006, and during that time has worked with some of the world’s leading sports clubs and visitor attractions. Over the years, it has developed an end-to-end solution on a single platform and has now decided that it is the appropriate time to invest and to narrow down its focus.

A more focused offer

In the beginning, Green 4 created a central CRM system with strong customer communication and marketing tools with integrations from an assortment of third party systems. Now, it has a powerful all-in-one solution and is pivoting to streamline its offer, helping attractions to enhance the visitor experience, improve engagement and increase revenues.

Clients in the leisure and attractions industry will benefit from a dedicated team, offering the right ticketing, CRM and marketing solutions to meet their needs.

The company’s existing sports clients have been moved over to Jonas Sports, which offers a complete sports enterprise solution. Jonas Sports integrates with leading solutions, to make sure that sports clubs can power their venues and engage their fans. This new home for sports clients will focus on developing and supporting solutions for the specific needs of sports clubs.

“We’re excited by what the future has to offer, with this specialising allowing Green 4 to concentrate time and resource on leisure with Jonas Sports able to focus on sport,” says a statement from the company.

Last year, Green 4 produced a new guide on reopening and recovery for attractions in the wake of the global pandemic.
