Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts has opened several new rides and attractions at its sites, including the new Land of Oz at Gulliver’s World.
Land of Oz is a new area at Gulliver’s World in Warrington. It’s themed to The Wizard of Oz and features two new rides and a gravity-defying attraction.
The latter, the Upside Down House, is an interactive experience for families that turns everything on its head.

The new Winged Monkeys ride allows guests to soar through the skies, while the Munchkin Motors ride is a revamp of a vintage classic.
Julie Dalton, managing director of Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts, said: “The Land of Oz area at Gulliver’s World in Warrington is a fantastic new area that brings something different and sparks imaginations as visitors follow the yellow brick road.”
Elsewhere, Gulliver’s Valley in Rotherham has expanded its Gulliver’s Gears area with the opening of the new Turbo Tower and Crazy Planes rides.

Additionally, Gulliver’s Kingdom in Matlock Bath has opened a new drop tower ride called Tree Top Drop.
“Here at Gulliver’s, we are always looking to invest in our resorts and enhance our offering to help create new experiences and memories for families to enjoy and these new rides do just that,” said Dalton.
“We’re gearing up for another busy and fun season ahead and these new additions are really exciting for our whole team, as well as for our guests.”

A family-run business, Gulliver’s has four parks in the UK. In addition to its destinations in Warrington, Rotherham and Matlock Bath, it operates Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes.
“This is just the start and there are lots of exciting things to come at all our resorts this year so watch this space,” Dalton said.
