Netflix‘s most-watched film ever inspires a new zone at Everland

Everland theme park in Seoul, South Korea has teamed up with Netflix to create a new themed zone inspired by the record-breaking 2025 film KPop Demon Hunters.

Samsung C&T Resort Group, the park‘s operator, said in a press release that the new area will open on 26 September.

The movie, which follows a K-pop girl group called Huntr/x as they fight demons, has become a global phenomenon, and Netflix’s most-watched film ever.

Guests at Everland will enjoy an immersive space themed to the film’s vivid universe and its characters, including Rumi, Mira and Zoey from Huntr/x, and the Saja Boys.

The zone will feature mission-based games and interactive photo spots inspired by Huntr/x and the Saja Boys, as well as themed dining at K-Food, character interactions, and exclusive merchandise.

An Everland spokesperson said: “This collaboration with Netflix will be a special project that allows guests to experience the world of KPop Demon Hunters with all five senses.

“We expect Everland to serve as a cultural hub, introducing Korean culture to both local and international visitors.”

They added, “This marks the second Everland x Netflix collaboration following last year’s fall festival, which presented themed zones inspired by All of Us Are Dead – a K-zombie sensation – and the fan-favorite Stranger Things, both of which generated significant buzz.”

Netflix continues to grow its presence in the location-based entertainment (LBE) market, with the streaming giant preparing to open its new Netflix House venues in Dallas, Texas and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Spanning more than 100,000 square feet, Netflix House is a unique attraction for fans of Netflix shows and films like WednesdaySquid GameOne Piece, Stranger ThingsKPop Demon HuntersLove Is Blind, and the A Knives Out Mystery franchise.
