Brick-or-Treat to include 500 state-of-the-art drones

Legoland Florida in Cypress Gardens is launching a new Halloween experience this year, the Monster Skytacular drone show.

Part of Legoland Florida’s annual Brick-or-Treat event, the Monster Skytacular aerial show features fireworks, music and 500 state-of-the-art drones creating intricate, synchronised patterns.

“We are thrilled to introduce a new level of innovation and entertainment to our guests with our Monster Skytacular drone show. This marks a historic first for any Legoland Park,” said Legoland Florida president Franceen Gonzales.

“As the new president of this awesome resort, it’s exhilarating to hit the ground running with such a remarkable event. We can’t wait for everyone to witness Lego creativity combined with cutting-edge technology light up our skies this Halloween.”

Brick-or-Treat‘s other offerings include interactions with Lego monster characters, limited-time food and beverages, immersive Halloween shows, and trick-or-treating.

Highlights include Lord Vampyre’s V.I.M. [Very Important Monsters] Dance Party, tryouts for the Zombie Cheer Crew featuring Zombie Cheerleader, and the UnbeLEAFable Halloween Night with an appearance by Plant Monster.

Additionally, every event evening, the park’s 4D theatre becomes the Mad Scientist Laboratory for an interactive experience where guests can meet Square Foot and Wolf Guy.

Located 45 minutes from Orlando and Tampa, Legoland Florida is a 150-acre theme park with more than 60 rides, live shows and attractions. The park is owned and operated by Merlin Entertainments.

Earlier this year, Legoland Florida debuted its new Lego Ferrari Build and Race, an interactive attraction where guests can build Lego race cars and test them with cutting-edge technology.
