The Morgan’s Wonderland theme park in San Antonio, Texas has broken ground on its new ultra-accommodating hotel.
The unique hotel concept was created to accommodate people of all abilities at an affordable price, Morgan’s said in a press release.
“At Morgan’s Hotel, we believe hospitality should be for everyone – without exception,” said Gordon Hartman, founder of Morgan’s.

“This groundbreaking isn’t just the start of construction, it’s the start of a movement that redefines what it means to be truly welcoming in the hotel industry.”
The new hotel in San Antonio is located close to Morgan’s Wonderland, the world’s first theme park designed and built for people with special needs.
It includes more than 90 rooms with digital room keys, as well as a glass lobby elevator, free on-site parking, a fitness centre and outdoor pool, and the Blu Room Lounge and City View Restaurant.

Accessible features in the new hotel include oversized rooms, voice-activated rooms for a hands-free experience, sound absorbing décor, and wide hallways.
Also, when guests reserve a room on the website, an AI concierge will handle their wants and needs in advance of their stay.
“Morgan’s Hotel will do for the hospitality industry what our other venues have done—create spaces where everyone feels welcome and included,” Hartman said last year.

Earlier this year, Morgan’s launched a new initiative called Morgan’s Studio alongside the new Inclusion Unlimited series on YouTube.
Late last year, Morgan’s launched the Morgan’s Inclusion Institute to share insights on how individuals and businesses can be more inclusive.
The Morgan’s hotel project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026.
