Six Flags unveils new coasters, rides and attractions for 2023 season

Six Flags and Coca-Cola are also creating a new offering in the eGaming space.

Six Flags has announced a series of new coasters, family-friendly rides, water attractions and exciting experiences and events for the 2023 season.

“These new attractions are an exciting opportunity to ramp up the joy of our parks to a whole new level,” said Six Flags CEO, Selim Bassoul.

“We can’t wait to share these fun and thrilling experiences with our guests, giving them reasons to visit us multiple times per year.

“We look forward to welcoming everyone to explore our parks, discover something fresh and exciting, and create new memories with their families!”

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor New Jersey is introducing Splash Island, a new area for young guests offering a treehouse play structure, 14 new slides, curtain waterfalls and a huge water bucket.

Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster

Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Six Flags Over Georgia are debuting the world’s first single-rail racing roller coasters, called Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster.

Additionally, Six Flags Fiesta Texas is opening Esix Gaming, a 5,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art esports arena with 50 gaming PC stations, five console stations and a live esports tournaments stage.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor San Antonio is set to launch a new water park expansion, which includes 11 individual waterslides and raft rides for younger guests.

Six Flags White Water will be home to Caribbean Cove, a new interactive water play complex with four waterslides and more than 25 interactive water features.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is opening the new Rainforest Trail, a lush tropical environment brimming with butterflies, fish and exotic wildlife.

The park’s new Shark Experience features state-of-the-art audiovisual enhancements and a walk-through underwater tunnel home to sharks, exotic fish and stingrays.

Aquaman: Power Wave

Six Flags Mexico and Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec are launching new events called Héroes y Villanos Fest, Music & Party Fest and Gaming & Coaster Fest.

Six Flags Over Texas will soon offer the new DC-inspired Aquaman: Power Wave water coaster, its 14th coaster.

At Six Flags New England, guests will enjoy animatronic technology, life-size dinosaurs, immersive environments and cutting-edge audio in Dino Off Road Adventure.

Six Flags St. Louis will premiere a racing coaster called Rookie Racer, featuring a thrilling Formula 1-style track.

Six Flags, the world’s largest regional theme park company and the largest operator of water parks in North America, is also extending its partnership with the Coca-Cola Company.

As part of the extension, Six Flags and Coca-Cola will create a new offering in the eGaming space to provide unique experiences.
