“Springfield”, the new Simpsons inspired themed land is now open at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Situated alongside “The Simpsons Ride”, “Springfield” features the many iconic landmarks from 26 seasons of the hugely popular TV series, including Springfield Elementary School, Android’s Dungeon Comic Book Store, the cooling towers of Mr. Burns’ Nuclear Power Plant, Springfield Police Station, Aztec Theater and Kwik-E-Mart.
“The Simpsons is an enduring franchise that has withstood the test of time, contributing to why The Simpsons Ride has been an all-time favorite since it opened at our theme park, ” said Larry Kurzweil, President of Universal Studios Hollywood. “As Universal Studios Hollywood celebrates its 50 year milestone celebration, the introduction of ‘Springfield’ underscores the extensive transformation underway to engage guests in dynamic and relevant, immersive entertainment.”

Themed F&B offereings include Krusty Burger, Luigi’s Pizza, Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck, Chicken Thumbs at Cletus’ Chicken Shack, Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Ice Cream Parlor, donuts at Lard Lad, Moe’s Tavern, Duff Brewery and a Duff Beer Garden with authentic Duff Beer
