The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), a non-profit representing compelling places and experiences worldwide, has introduced a reimagined program to empower its members with peer-lead learning and expertise in the themed entertainment industry.
TEA INSPIRE will take place on 13 and 14 April 2023, bringing themed entertainment professionals at all levels and disciplines from within the industry together. The event, which was formerly known as the TEA Summit, will carry on the tradition of leading-edge case studies, but engage with a deeper dive into topics in direct response to attendee feedback.
INSPIRE will be capped off with the Thea Awards Gala at Disneyland Resort on Saturday 15 April.
Attendees will have the opportunity to raise their global industry knowledge, leaving them inspired to create their next themed project through peer-led non-commercial educational content from Thea Award recipients.
There will also be ample opportunities to network throughout the event, with a plethora of educational sessions, networking lunches, and receptions, enhancing individual and company recognition among industry colleagues with direct interaction.
INSPIRE Leadership Forum
The 2023 TEA INSPIRE Leadership Forum is a trial event on 13 April that will include a presentation and facilitators for small group roundtable discussions on subjects chosen by attendees.
All registrants are high-level executives from themed entertainment firms or organisations who are responsible for leading teams of people or have ultimate accountability for their company’s success and culture. Owner and leadership attendance will be carefully selected to reflect a diverse spectrum of industry expertise and perspectives.
Attendees are immersed in peer-driven learning and thought leadership, purposeful networking, and a secure, non-competitive environment where they can exchange expertise and challenge one another to make better decisions. Topics for discussion, facilitated by Bob Kodzis, will help shape the vision for future TEA Leadership Forum programming.
