Themics Philippines - Brass Ring Award winner

Judges were impressed by the firm’s display at this year’s IAAPA Expo

Themics Philippines Inc., a turnkey theming, animatronic and lighting expert for the leisure and amusement industry, is celebrating an award win at IAAPA Expo, currently taking place in Orlando, Florida, US.

The Philippinian theming manufacturer, owned by Dutch entrepreneur Carlo Gortjes, has won a coveted IAAPA Brass Ring Award for its work on the Ancient Greece-themed booth, complete with columns, banners and a running fountain.

A landmark feature of the booth is a faithful recreation of a Medusa chariot, which encourages visitors to jump on board and take a break from their action-packed schedules to pose as Greek warriors with a spear and shield.
