Costumes & Mascots – Rainbow Productions: Peppa Pig returns to East Midlands visitor attractions

News

As well as being the star of her own BAFTA award-winning television series aimed at pre-school children, Peppa Pig is also exclusively available in the U.K. through Rainbow Productions for off-screen personal appearances at a range of venues.  She is pictured here during her attendance at Dudley Zoo.

March 2011 will see Peppa Pig returning to a couple of leisure venues in the East Midlands.  Great Central Railway in Leicestershire, designated by Enjoy England as a Quality Assured visitor attraction, has booked personal appearances by Peppa Pig as part of this heritage railway’s special events programme. During her presence at Loughborough Station – at various intervals throughout the weekend of March 5 and 6 – this year’s guests at Great Central Railway will also be able to see her little brother George.

Also located in the East Midlands, White Post Farm in Nottinghamshire has re-booked Peppa Pig following on from her previous visit in November 2010, which was hugely popular with children and families in spite of some Peppa Pig fans not being able to make their way to the farm attraction due to the snowfall.  On March 26, White Post Farm guests will be able to see Peppa Pig at scheduled times, as well as enjoying other activities at the venue including meeting the animals and go-karting.
