Our first game arrived at the park 30 years ago with the new game to be installed for the start of the 2011 season. It is very pleasing to see a life span of thirty years such is the quality of the Elton product. This is an important factor when looking to invest during the current economic climate. It is even more pleasing that the game has not lost its appeal over that 30 year period and still provides today’s children with what they want in the way of family entertainment.
Linnanmaki Park was established in 1950 by six child welfare organisations now known as the Children’s Day Foundation which run all the park’s activities. The foundation has a key role in financial support for child welfare work having donated over 70 Million Euros for worthy social causes in Finland.
Mark Whittaker, sales Manager for Elton Games thinks buyers sometimes do not recognise the true return on investment of purchasing for the long term. Linnanmaki described in Finland as a “Children’s Paradise” have enjoyed a return on investment year on year on year and we are pleased to be part of their success.
Elton also celebrate another 30 year milestone with IAAPA during the upcoming show in Orlando (November 16th to 19th) when as 30 year members we will again be showcasing our products at booth #528
