Vintia, a specialist in innovative all-in-one ticketing and booking systems and part of SALTO WECOSYSTEM, has announced the acquisition of Tactics, a Belgian software specialist.

The addition of a specialised cloud platform for managing sports, youth and cultural activities further enhances Vintia's solution for municipalities.

Valerie Morel, CEO of Vintia, says: "With this acquisition, we strengthen our offering with a cloud platform that perfectly aligns with our expertise and ambition to support local governments faster and more effectively."

Serving local authorities and municipalities

Part of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM, Vinita develops integrated software solutions for ticketing, bookings, memberships, activities, payments, and associated operational processes. First established in Belgium, the company now has a global reach.

The market for software serving local governments is quickly evolving and becoming more complex, shaped by increased regulation, shifting expectations, and rising demand for more efficient management of leisure activities.

Meanwhile, the software environment remains extremely fragmented. In the strategic acquisition of Tactics, Vintia is taking a key step to further cement its position and support local governments with scalable, future-ready software.

Tactics has developed the cloud platform Luwio, which centralises management of sports, youth, and cultural activities by merging activity management, facility rentals, POS management, and ticketing into a single environment.

It is used by local authorities to manage registrations, control capacity, process payments, and streamline administration.

Luwio also supports the implementation of the Flemish BOA Decree and the Decree on Out-of-School Childcare and Activities, which introduce further requirements for the organisation and reporting of childcare and out-of-school activities in Flanders.

Taco Orens, CEO of Tactics, says: "Luwio was developed from the daily operations of local cities and municipalities and has proven itself as a robust platform for leisure management.

"As part of Vintia, we will be able to further strengthen the solution, deepen its technological capabilities, and deploy it more broadly."

By bringing together the complementary expertise of Vintia and Tactics, local governments benefit from a single, strong and forward-facing technology partner focused on innovation, continuity, and easy-to-use digital services.

In January, Vintia shared its ambitions for 2026 and its vision for the industry's future under the leadership of Morel, who joined Vintia in November 2025. The company is committed to driving innovation, growing its international footprint, and deepening expertise in priority verticals to attraction owners and operators.
