Polin Waterparks Honoured with ‘Respect for Humans’ Award

Leading waterparks and waterslides expert, Polin Waterparks, has won the ‘Respect for Humans’ Award for its positive treatment of job applicants.

The award, created to promote good business practices in HR and recruitment, is sponsored by Kariyer.net, Turkey’s leading online career and recruitment platform.

To merit the award, companies must meet a set of strict criteria including:

• Fast response to candidates' applications
• High rates of employment
• Largest number of applicants

The award was based on the responses from individuals using Kariyer.net to apply for jobs. Candidates voted on attributes such as the best job advertisement, the HR processes they liked most and which was their favourite company.

Gizem Mavruk, H.R. Senior Specialist, and Berkan Madenus, H.R. Generalist, accepted the award on Polin’s behalfat Kariyer.net’s 15th Annual Respect for Humans Awards ceremony, at Human Resources Summit on Feb 17th in the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Istanbul.
