Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix & Hawaii to Install accesso eCommerce Mobile Ticketing Solution


accesso technology enhances eCommerce and ticket sales for Wet ‘n’ Wild

accesso® Technology Group plc (accesso), the premier technology solutions provider to the global attractions and leisure industry, has announced an agreement with  Premier Parks to provide online ticketing and eCommerce support for Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix and Hawaii waterparks.

Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix & Hawaii to Install accesso eCommerce Mobile Ticketing SolutionPremier Parks, who operate theme and water parks throughout the United States, already utilise the accesso Passport ticketing suite’s eCommerce solution at nine other venues.  Both Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix and Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii are newly acquired, having been purchased in November by CNL Lifestyle Properties, and will be operated by Premier when the acquisition completes.   

In 2013, accesso also signed a five year agreement with Wet ’n’ Wild Phoenix to install the accesso LoQueue Qband solution.

Both parks will be able to use accesso’s  Passport ticketing suite’s eCommerce solution to offer a comprehensive online shopping experience to guests, including advance sales of admission tickets, parking, meal vouchers, tours, merchandise, birthday parties and more.  In addition Passport delivers increased guest conversion and commitment pre-arrival by integrating within the venue’s current website and keeping guests engaged throughout their browsing process.
