The leading research and review platform for business leaders awarded accesso as part of its Tech Cares 2022 award program, which recognises B2B technology companies each year.
Dedicated to excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility, nominees must demonstrate their commitment across an assortment of areas, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEAI) and environmental sustainability.

Employee Experience
The company was recognized for its multi-faceted efforts to enhance the employee experience globally, including the introduction of the accesso DEI Strategic Council, a diverse group of team members devoted to enhancing education, communication and understanding of DE&I.
New hires benefit from the rollout of the Positive Employee Experience Person (PEEP) program, a “buddy system” designed to help colleagues through their first 60 days of employment at accesso.
In partnership with Maven Clinic, the women’s and family health specialist, accesso provides access to employees of all orientations and identities on-demand support in their family planning journeys covering topics including fertility, pregnancy and surrogacy. In direct response to employee feedback, accesso has also implemented a permanent hybrid/remote work policy based on preferences.
Company initiatives were reflected in the results of the most recent annual accesso Employee Engagement Survey, where measures such as company culture and work environment received the highest overall score in the company’s history, ranking above the 75th percentile benchmark nationally.
Local and global communities
accesso also has a longstanding history of investing in communities where it conducts business, with a focus on mentorship for local workforces. The company recently engaged in a new partnership with Black Orlando Tech, a Florida-based nonprofit aiming to train and inspire 10,000 minorities to enter the tech sector by 2025.
The firm has also developed a strategic partnership with 2U, Inc., which plans to eliminate the “back row” in education by developing educational opportunities that enable lifelong learners to unlock potential and solve society’s critical needs. Through this collaboration, accesso has hosted speaking engagements including job search guidance sessions.
accesso’s global imapact was also recognized, including the company’s ongoing partnership with global education non-profit Technovation, with accesso team members having volunteered their time as contest judges, remote industry experts and in-person mentors since 2019. accesso has also supported the GlobalGiving Ukraine Relief Fund, with employees raising USD 10,000 with a 100% corporate match from accesso, realising a contribution of USD 20,000 collectively.
