Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced that Turtle Talk, the new attraction at Tokyo DisneySea Park, will open on October 1, 2009. The attraction will be located inside the S.S. Columbia in the themed port of American Waterfront.
Turtle Talk is a theater-type attraction where guests can talk and interact with Crush, the sea turtle who appeared in the Disney/Pixar Film Finding Nemo. Guests will be shown into an undersea observatory located inside the stern of the S.S. Columbia. Beyond the glass window of the observatory, guests will find the undersea world from Finding Nemo come to life. Here, the main character of this attraction, Crush, will interact in real-time with guests. He’ll ask questions such as where they’re from, and guests in turn can ask Crush about his life and the undersea world. His humorous answers will have the observatory resounding in laughter.
This innovative new attraction uses a real-time conversation system, a first for Tokyo Disney Resort, and will provide guests with a refreshingly new experience with every visit to the attraction. Turtle Talk promises guests of all ages a "righteous" good time with the witty and playful Crush.
