Aerial Illuminations, a leading provider of drone light shows, has created a New Year's Eve drone show for Fun Spot Theme Park and Old Town Entertainment District in Kissimmee, featuring 300 drones lighting up the night sky.

Launching just before midnight, this brand-new experience turns the countdown into an aerial spectacle featuring synchronised lights and contemporary, tech-inspired visuals. As the last seconds count down, the sky will come alive with vibrant displays, building anticipation for the New Year.

A memorable start to 2026

With rides, music, and the lively atmosphere of Fun Spot & Old Town, a popular shopping, dining, and entertainment district for 40 years, it’s an ideal place for friends and families to celebrate together and welcome in the New Year.

Drone show viewing areas can be found in both Old Town and Fun Spot Kissimmee.

“We are so excited to partner with our friends at Fun Spot America Kissimmee to offer a whole day of New Year’s Eve fun and an exciting, brand-new drone show to ring in the New Year,” says Thearon Scurlock, vice president and general manager of Old Town.

"You can’t find a better place to entertain the whole family all day with shops, restaurants, rides, music and more.”

Aerial Illuminations provides large-scale drone light displays across the country for theme parks, city events, and festivals. Most recently, Aerial amazed audiences in Texas with a holiday show featuring over 1,000 synchronised drones illuminating the sky.

Earlier this year, Aerial Illuminations announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to a larger, six-acre site in Orlando, Florida. This move demonstrates the company’s commitment to serving the theme park and attractions sector, where demand for immersive, high-tech entertainment continues to grow, and will allow for the recruitment of more pilots and team members.
