Anna Danau is a highly regarded specialist in ride operations training, safety management, and risk mitigation within the global attractions sector.

As director of strategic engagement at International Ride Training (IRT), she is instrumental in establishing industry-leading standards for training, auditing, and operational preparedness.

IRT has provided education, certification, advisory services, and post-incident support to parks and attractions for over twenty years. Danau's leadership focuses on enhancing ride operator competence, promoting a culture of safety, and fostering frontline engagement across diverse settings.

Her professional journey began in the operational and intelligence sectors before moving into ride training. She has gained deep operational empathy that guides her work in talent development and safety coaching.

She now manages the strategic implementation of IRT’s training frameworks—including the iROC certification programmes, Ride Camp, operations audits, and learning management systems designed for ride operators and frontline managers.
