Carly is the founder of QLINE Consulting, helping organisations navigate ticketing, tills and tourism technology in a practical, approachable way. She also shares insights through podcasts and mentoring to support the next generation of industry talent. Drea has over 18 years’ experience in marketing, PR and audience development for attractions including Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, Windsor Castle and English Heritage sites. Passionate about audiences and engagement, she helps cultural and heritage organisations connect with people and deliver lasting impact. Long time friends and collaborators, away from work Carly and Drea can usually be found travelling, at a music festival, or spending time with Carly’s dog Pickle and Drea’s two horses, Hovis and Spud.
