Jake McCoy, interim CEO of RWS Global, brings 15 years of experience in production and business operations, delivering world-class shows and experiences for top theme parks, cruise lines, destinations, global brands, and celebrities. A graduate of Creighton University’s theatrical design and technology program, his career has been defined by innovation, collaboration, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. McCoy joined RWS Global in 2014 as a production manager for the company’s sea division, where he transformed service delivery by building strong connections with cruise line and brand partners. Following RWS Global's acquisition of The Experience Department (ted) in 2022, McCoy took charge of integration efforts across the UK. In 2023, he was named chief operating officer. In this role, he has driven operational excellence across RWS Global’s international offices.
