Mike Goldys is a lifelong surfer originally from Baltimore, Maryland. His passion for wave pools stemmed from growing up so far from the coast. He has since traveled across the country and around the world to surf in over 25 wave pools. Goldys has written for USA Today, WavePoolMag.com and speaks at the annual Surf Park Summit conference. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton and has an MA in Communications Research & Theory.
