Clinique’s resort will feature a diagnostics lab, museum and beach club.

Red Sea Global has partnered with longevity clinic and wellness brand Clinique La Prairie to develop a health resort within Amaala in Saudi Arabia.

The 36,115-square-metre Clinique La Prairie Health Resort will include 13 villas, as well as 52 rooms and suites.

Clinique’s resort will also have a diagnostics lab, a museum, a beach club, a workshop and training rooms, a private dining space and a cooking school.

“Clinique La Prairie’s world-renowned facilities and health and wellness experiences, set against Saudi Arabia’s extraordinary natural landscapes, will take our visitors on transformative personal journeys inspired by arts, wellness, and the purity of the Red Sea,” said John Pagano, the group CEO of Red Sea Global.

Medical and wellbeing services

“The resort’s subtle beauty – a product of Islamic architecture and modern craftsmanship – will deliver a serene place in which to unwind, meditate and rejuvenate.”

Designed by architect John Heah, the resort will feature four unique areas inspired by each of Clinique La Prairie’s pillars – medical care, nutrition, movement and wellbeing.

Each section will offer various activities and facilities, also using the latest technologies created by Clinique La Prairie to give its clients a longer, healthier and fuller life.

Medical services provided by Clinique La Prairie will include radiology, physiotherapy, aesthetics, neuroscience and dentistry. Wellbeing services will include a cryochamber, hyperbaric suites and IV infusion.

“At Amaala, we are creating the most important health and longevity-focused resort ever developed,” said Simone Gibertoni, CEO of Clinique La Prairie.

“We’re delighted to be building our very first full-scale destination in such an extraordinary setting and to help bring Red Sea Global’s vision of regenerative, ultra-luxury tourism to life.”

The first phase of Amaala is underway, with the first guests due to arrive in 2024. The destination will consist of eight resorts with more than 1,300 hotel rooms.

Upon completion, Amaala will house more than 3,000 hotel rooms, in addition to retail, dining and wellness facilities.
