The hotel is in Tainan, which is a popular tourist destination in southwest Taiwan. Cartoon Network is proud to announce that the new branded experience is now open, with guests able to enjoy much-loved characters from the shows. The theming project covers 54 rooms in the hotel, as well as the Cartoon Network Party Café, an indoor recreation area and an outdoor Funky Field playground.

As guests enter the hotel they are greeted by a striking 3.5 metre-tall sculpture of Finn and Jake from cult favourite show Adventure Time. One whole floor of the hotel is taken up by the new indoor recreation area, which has two main zones. ‘Adventure Time Candy Kingdom’ features a bubble ball pit, candy library and a bubblegum game wall. Guests can also hang out in the farmer’s market with Grizzly, Panda and Ice Bear, in ‘We Bare Bears Fun Land’.

A unique concept

“Together with millions of Cartoon Network fans across this region, including here in Taiwan, we are thrilled to be partnering with Cathay Hospitality Management to create the very first Cartoon Network-themed family accommodation experience in Asia,” says Vikram Sharma, Vice President of Cartoon Network Enterprises – Asia Pacific. “HOTEL COZZI is a unique concept that will delight the many fans who love our hugely popular franchises The Powerpuff Girls, We Bare Bears and Adventure Time. Guests will be able to relax, eat and play surrounded by their favourite shows and characters.”

The fun continues outside the hotel, in the Funky Field playground which uses Cartoon Network elements to up its fun levels. The attraction is full of photo opportunities. Guests can build a sand castle with Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup at ‘The Powerpuff Girls Sandbox’ and be passengers on the COZZI mini train and greet Grizzly, Panda and Ice Bear at ‘We Bare Bears Station’. They can also experience a music concert put on by Finn, Jake, Princess Bubblegum, Ice King and Marceline the Vampire Queen, in the ‘Adventure Time Playhouse’.

Characters also feature on the outdoor corridor walls of the hotel, in Tainan’s historical Shennong Old Street. These exclusive images are perfect for family selfies.
