Bone conductive immersive sound devices.

Bone conductive immersive sound devices.
Losonnante is a pioneering company, transforming the ways in which visitors connect with sound in public and cultural spaces. Through using bone-conductive technology, visitors' hands are transformed into headphones, enabling intimate, immersive, and accessible listening experiences simply by leaning their elbows on a sound-emitting surface.
Losonnante's solutions use bone conduction, where vibrations travel via users' bones to be received by the inner ear. These vibrations are then translated by the brain into sounds.
As the system requires no headphones or screens, it presents an inclusive, multisensory and more hygienic experience than traditional auditory installations. This is particularly effective for noisy environments and for users with hearing differences.
The flagship sound station is designed for public environments. By placing elbows on the surface and hands on the ears, users transmit audio through bone conduction, creating a personal yet silent listening zone.
The front panel is waterproof and features a touch interface and LED display for controlling the content. The device can be plugged into mains electricity or utilise Losonnante's 'Whisper Battery' when integrated into the 'Whisper Desk' or a custom case.
'Whisper Video' allows the listening terminal to be combined with video content. For use indoors, the terminal connects via HDMI to ensure seamless sound and video synchronisation.
The system can be easily transported and installed, making it the perfect option for exhibitions, events and museum rental.
The 'Whisper Desk' is Losonnante's bespoke case for the listening terminal. Its ergonomic design offers a range of different positions and angles for listening, with different finishes for both indoor and outdoor installations.
