Ahead of the launch of Disney Adventure World in 2026, Disneyland Paris has shared new details on projects taking place across the resort.

At Walt Disney Studios Park, soon to become Disney Adventure World, Disneyland Paris is making improvements to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

From spring 2026, the ride will feature a new covered outdoor waiting area.

In early 2026, a new retail outlet inspired by 1930s flower shops will open next door to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

A major refurbishment of Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy started in October 2025 and is now underway. The project includes technical upgrades and scenic enhancements.

Currently, new props, enhanced projections, and larger-than-life set pieces are being produced.

At Disneyland Park, new scenes are being added to the Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing attraction, inspired by the original drawings of Imagineer and Disney legend Marc Davis.

And at Disney Village, Annette's Diner will temporarily close on 5 January for a major refurbishment.

Also in January 2026, a major renovation of Disney Sequoia LodgeSequoia Lodge will begin. The hotel will remain open during the refurbishment work, which will be carried out in phases.

Of course, Disneyland Paris' biggest project at the moment is World of Frozen, which will debut as part of the new Disney Adventure World on 29 March.

Disney Adventure World will also include a new main avenue for entertainment called Adventure Way, a new attraction inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' Tangled, 14 new dining venues, and an expansive lake called Adventure Bay, which will host a spectacular nighttime show.

The park will later introduce a themed area inspired by the classic Disney Animation film The Lion King.

Once the €2 billion transformation is complete, Disneyland Paris will have approximately doubled the size of its second park.

As well as unveiling some of its new projects, Disneyland Paris has teased the original soundtrack created for Adventure Way (see above) by French composer Philippe Rombi.
