Donna Mirus Bates

Donna Mirus Bates serves as senior vice president of strategic partnerships and communication at Universal Destinations & Experiences. Before this role, she worked in various senior positions at Universal Orlando, including as senior vice president of marketing communications and content development.

In her current role, Bates leads the marketing partnerships and communications team at Universal Destinations & Experiences’ corporate office in Orlando. She works with local site CMOs and marketing leaders in Orlando, Hollywood, Japan, Singapore and Beijing to ensure global connectivity and consistency across key business areas, including PR, social media, content marketing, licensing and IP partnerships, global promotions and brand assurance.
