Dream Garden, a leading manufacturer of playground equipment and toymaker in China, has completed a new indoor playground project at Alturas Mall in Guatemala, delivering a fully themed children’s play environment supported by 3D visualisation, video presentations, and a coordinated social media launch.
The project features immersive theming, soft play areas, climbing components, slides, and a ball pit zone, all designed to increase family time and visitor interaction within the mall.
The client has already showcased the playground on social media, indicating a positive early response.
3D visualisation helps operators
This project showcases Dream Garden’s ability to support international developers with end-to-end delivery, from concept design and 3D visualisation to content assets that help operators promote their parks locally.
It also highlights the growing demand for professionally themed indoor playgrounds in Central America, especially in shopping malls seeking unique family attractions.
Located inside Alturas Mall, the new playground features a vibrant and playful theme that encourages exploration, physical activity, and imaginative play. Its layout includes multi-level soft play structures, interactive slides and ball pits, climbing and obstacle elements, all complemented by bright, immersive visual theming suitable for a mall environment.
Dream Garden also provided high-quality 3D renders and videos, facilitating efficient design approval and marketing readiness before the opening.
