Dronisos, a leading drone light show specialist, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Pancoast as vice president of US business development.

Pancoast has over twenty years of executive leadership experience in the themed entertainment and live experience sectors, having held senior positions at organisations including Merlin Entertainments Group (Legoland Resorts North America) and United Parks & Resorts (SeaWorld & Busch Gardens).

Over his career, he has directed complex, multi-disciplinary entertainment divisions for leading destination brands and IP-focused experiences, consistently connecting creative vision, operational excellence, and commercial success.

He will now oversee Dronisos’ growth in the US, concentrating on client collaborations, market expansion, and the implementation of motion-controlled entertainment tech in destination and live settings.

Pancoast's experience as an executive producer and operator uniquely equips him to help partners leverage technology to enhance storytelling while ensuring solutions are scalable, safe, and practical.

Creativity, technology, and disciplined execution

“Jeremy’s experience sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and disciplined execution,” says Laurent Perchais, CEO of Dronisos. “Dronisos has earned its reputation through the precision and reliability of its aerial drone productions, powered by our proprietary ORUS platform.

"As we extend this orchestrated motion control architecture across complementary storytelling systems, Jeremy strengthens our ability to build long-term partnerships and support ambitious, large-scale projects.”

Pancoast adds: “I’m honored to join Dronisos at such a dynamic moment of innovative growth and business expansion. What excites me most is the company’s ability to combine high-quality, reliable aerial drone productions with a scalable technology ecosystem that can adapt to each partner’s vision.

"Whether supporting a single signature show or orchestrating multi-platform motion systems across air, water, and kinetic environments, Dronisos provides solutions that allow clients to grow at the pace that best serve their creative and operational objectives.”

This appointment highlights Dronisos’ ongoing focus on the North American market and its dedication to providing integrated programming solutions. These solutions combine aerial drones, water systems, moving platforms, lighting, and advanced show control into a seamless storytelling experience.

Recently, Dronisos unveiled its world-first luminous floating drones synchronised with aerial drones, created for the nighttime spectacular Disney Cascade of Lights. Disney Cascade of Lights is set to launch on 29 March 2026 at Disney Adventure World, the reimagined second park at Disneyland Paris.
