In her current role at construction manager advisor KMI International, she leverages her extensive network and expertise to forge strategic partnerships and grow the firm’s presence across themed entertainment, hospitality, and related markets.

During her long tenure at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), Popovich played a vital role in introducing new ideas and innovative strategies to the organisation. She championed diversity, supported forward-thinking initiatives, and developed innovative methods to address industry challenges.

She then leveraged her extensive expertise at L3DFX, a company renowned for its innovative and immersive solutions in the themed entertainment sector. Here, her "one team” mindset, creative energy, and remarkable ability to network significantly contributed to both the organisation’s internal development and its external reputation.

She remains a supporter of IAAPA, continuing to actively contribute to the association’s development. Additionally, she serves as a board member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA). This cross-sector engagement makes her a vital connector between organisations, networks, and generations of professionals.

She is also the co-founder of Women in Attractions, a vibrant grassroots movement. This program brings together and supports hundreds of women from different sectors, providing continuous education and networking opportunities tailored for female leaders and professionals.
