TEA INSPIRE (formerly Summit and Case Studies) ushers in a revitalized focus on celebrating excellence in themed entertainment across the globe, offering attendees a fully immersive networking and educational experience and lasting inspiration. This signature event draws themed entertainment professionals at all levels and disciplines within the industry, from emerging leaders to the most senior executives and carries on the tradition of case studies but with a deeper dive in direct response to attendee feedback.
In keeping with tradition, INSPIRE will be capped off with the Thea Awards Gala on the final evening. Empowering attendees with peer-led leaning and expertise, projects will be showcased to inspire the audience and industry as a whole.

- A pop-up production session gives attendees the opportunity to learn from Thea Award-winning teams to share their challenges and how they had been overcome. The unique needs of mid-career professionals can take INSIRE to the next level through engaging within these sessions to discover conversations in new territories and the desired for shared learning opportunities.
- Inspire the night – A fun evening full of thrills and surprises at Universal Studios Hollywood! Enjoy three hours in the park with access to the rides and attractions, food, soft drinks and an exclusive discussion with lead creatives, vendors and suppliers of the parks most popular attractions.
