From 3 – 5 June 2025, Ecsite will be hosting its annual conference at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland. Ecsite 2025 is the largest gathering of science engagement professionals, bringing together over 900 attendees from all around the world to share expertise, learn from one another and make valuable connections.
After a successful show in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2024, Ecsite 2025 promises to be another great conference featuring:

Ecsite Tradeshow
In addition to a packed conference schedule of learning and networking, Ecsite hosts a tradeshow as part of the event where attendees can get hands-on with the latest products shaping the industry, and meet with leading suppliers. The deadline for booth bookings is 20th of Jan 2025.
