Experios is a visitor experience operating system, designed to connect visitors with a venue's digital ecosystem to create personalised, trackable experiences.
Using RFID or other identification methods, museums, brand experiences and attractions can tailor interactions to match each visitor's preferences, language and accessibility needs at scale and in real time. The system also integrates with ticketing, CRM, and access control platforms, creating a frictionless, unified guest journey while providing actionable insights into visitor behaviour.

Experios works by providing guests with a unique identifier (such as RFID, QR codes, barcodes or biometrics), creating a unique profile linking to their preferences, such as language or access requirements.
With that set up, guests are able to interact with the venue through digital touchpoints, activating personalised content or gamified elements. The system allows venues to save visitors' scores, photos, and creations to take home as digital souvenirs, extending the guest journey beyond the walls of the experience.
One of the biggest strengths of the system is the ability to integrate it into existing ticketing, CRM and access control platforms, creating a unified data ecosystem that also tracks a visitor's progress throughout the venue.
While Experios can use a variety of different verification methods, the system is optimised for RFID to enable a touchless and smooth experience. This removes the need for visitors to hold on to tickets or use mobile devices throughout an attraction. Experios supports both disposable RFID and reusable RFID tokens and can be configured to suit a range of operational and logistical requirements.
Experios is a product of Kiss the Frog and is currently driving experiences at major venues globally. It serves as the "digital heart" behind interactive exhibitions and supports gamification and personalisation.

At LEGO House, Experios is used to store personal photos and videos of LEGO creations, automatically generating a personal after-movie. Experios empowers guests to share their pride of creation.

In the Media Museum, guests enjoy content tailored to their age and background and learn about their role in media. As a result, every visitor receives a uniquely generated 'media personality'.
