Sandro Kereselidze & Tati Pastukhova Founders Artechouse

Tati Pastukhova and Sandro Kereselidze founded Artechouse, an interactive, tech-driven art museum, in 2015. Since then, they have opened three permanent locations – Washington, DC (2017), Miami, FL (2018), and New York, NY (2019). Artechouse has also produced and created over 30 ground-breaking, multi-sensory art exhibits, 150 XR activations and 10 live shows through an in-house studio and in collaboration with over 40 artists. It has engaged over 1.7 million visitors and XR app users.

The Artechouse team has devoted itself to advancing the development of innovative immersive art and pushing the boundaries of storytelling using the most cutting-edge exhibition platform. It has made investments in cutting-edge technology, sophisticated design tools, distinctive architectural spaces, and a group of enthusiastic specialists to establish a long-term residence for forward-thinking, tech-driven artists and creatives where they can explore, grow, and present their work to new audiences.

These innovative digital art spaces showcase experiential and technology-driven artworks, merging art, science and technology to stimulate the senses. Guests are encouraged to interact with the exhibits. The firm says it is “on a mission to stimulate interest in the limitless possibilities of creative innovation and to push the boundaries of what is possible.”

In summer 2023, Artechouse launched a new exhibition to immerse guests in NASA’s galactical data captured by the James Webb Space Telescope. “Conceptualized through many collaborative sessions with NASA’s team of scientists and specialists, ‘Beyond the Lighttakes groundbreaking science and data and brings it to life artistically in a way that’s never been done before,” said Kereselidze.

One nominator said: “For the last 6 years, Tati and Sandro have led with innovation in mind. Through programming on-site and off-site, they have provided a platform for emerging artists from around the globe, told ground-breaking stories, created an in-house studio to nurture talent and created homes for Digital Art in DC, MIA, and NYC.”
