Meet the speakers
Anna Warnecke is a dynamic leader with a focus on storytelling, live performance, and audience engagement. With broad experience across elite equestrianism, event production, and visitor attraction management, she brings creativity and operational expertise to her role as Kynren's CEO.
Anna Warnecke
Warnecke has been at Kynren since its start, and was initially director of cavalry and estates, overseeing horse and rider training to ensure smooth equestrian performances. As CEO, she continues to drive the attraction's development, including a magical daytime attraction in The Storied Lands.
With a deep appreciation for history, spectacle, and audience engagement, Warnecke ensures that Kynren remains a memorable journey through time, captivating, educating, and inspiring visitors year after year.
Director of business development at Aerial Illuminations, Grant Reichardt, specialises in collaborating with clients across the US to realise their large-scale visions through advanced drone technology.

In addition to his role in business development, Reichardt also serves as a pilot for Aerial Illuminations and piloted the 1000-drone show “Postcard from Minnesota.”
When he's not working, Reichardt enjoys numerous creative endeavours and exploring and observing the natural world.
