The Festival of Innovation is a free, online event taking place from 21 to 22 January 2026. It celebrates the creative ideas, products, and organisations advancing the attractions industry.

Meet the speaker
As general manager of Universal Horror Unleashed, Kim Scott leads the strategic business planning, entertainment, and operations for the new year-round horror experience in AREA15's entertainment and events district.
Scott has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years, with two decades in Las Vegas.
Before joining Universal Destinations & Experiences, Scott was the vice president of operations at Enchant, overseeing nine shows across the US and establishing key operating procedures and financial benchmarks.
She also worked for Cirque du Soleil for more than 13 years, leading production and show operations for KA, The Beatles LOVE, and CRISS ANGEL BELIEVE.
Scott serves on numerous academic boards and is a board chair member for the entertainment, engineering and design programme at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
