João Correia, founder and general manager of Flying Sharks, is a marine biologist, shark conservationist, fish relocator, professor, writer, and motivational speaker.

Flying Sharks was established in 2006, and since then, Correia has built a company that combines science, logistics and storytelling. From pioneering low-stress animal transport methods to developing cutting-edge underwater acrylic polishing through TechAquarium, his work is known for its quality, reliability and creativity.
