Country music star and Grand Ole Opry member Luke Combs is opening a Category 10 bar at Universal Orlando's CityWalk.

Per a press release, the bar is set to open in late 2027, with the three-story Orlando location including "experiential areas influenced by Combs’ music and passions".

The venue, in partnership with Opry Entertainment Group (OEG), will serve as the third location for Combs' Category 10 brand.

It will join the flagship bar in Nashville, Tennessee, which opened in 2024, and the recently announced Las Vegas location set to open later this year.

Combs said in a statement: "I know Orlando is a worldwide destination spot, so I’m super pumped and humbled that we’re getting to open a location there. My wife is from Florida, so we’re both super excited about this.

"I am glad to be bringing our brand of first-class service and awesome tunes to the Sunshine State."

Construction on the 33,000-square-foot Orlando location is set to begin in summer 2026 at CityWalk, Universal Orlando Resort’s dining, shopping, and entertainment complex.

"Country music is reaching more people nationally and internationally than ever before, driven in large part by superstars like Luke Combs," said Colin Reed, executive chairman of OEG parent company Ryman Hospitality Properties.

"With Orlando welcoming millions of visitors from around the globe each year, expanding the Category 10 footprint into this world-class entertainment destination allows us to introduce visitors to an authentic country music experience inspired by Luke’s Carolina roots."

Inspired by Combs’ debut hit 'Hurricane', Category 10 is described as an entertainment experience that offers top-tier live music, food, and drinks.

Owned by Opry Entertainment Group, it was designed in partnership with innovation firm Journey.

Last year, Universal Orlando opened its fourth theme park, Universal Epic Universe, which joined Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay at the Florida resort.
