BeWunder, an expert in creating multisensory experiences using a range of media and technology, has a long history of contributing to world expo projects, having facilitated pavilion developments worldwide since 2006. Now, as plans are underway for Expo 2025 Osaka in Japan, which takes place from 13 Apr 2025 to 13 Oct 2025, the firm has revealed that it is working with several prominent pavilions, including the USA, Austria, Germany, Kuwait, Netherlands, Switzerland and Uzbekistan pavilions.

BeWunder’s long history and turnkey approach, from initial planning to execution and operations maintenance, including design and fit-out, make it an ideal partner for these high-profile and often complex projects.

Turnkey solutions for innovative pavilions

For the USA pavilion, BeWunder is delivering a comprehensive turnkey solution that covers detailed design, build, and AVL in partnership with BRC Imagination Arts, the lead exhibition designer.

Meanwhile, the team also manages AVL solutions and fit-out elements at the Netherlands Pavilion, integrating interactive LED features. The pavilion, Common Ground: Creating a New Dawn Together, emphasises sustainability and a clean energy future through its circular design and renewable focus.

BeWunder is delivering comprehensive AVL solutions in partnership with NUSSLI Group. The Austria pavilion will guide visitors through an immersive journey that intertwines Austria’s musical heritage with its forward-thinking approach to sustainability and innovation.

BeWunder is also part of the team that is bringing the Uzbekistan Pavilion to life. In collaboration with ATELIER BRĂśCKNER as the general contractor and NUSSLI Group, the company is delivering comprehensive AVL. Commissioned by the Uzbekistan Art and Cultural Development Foundation, the pavilion blends the country’s rich heritage with modern ideas. Visitors will be transported through a space that reflects Uzbekistan’s dedication to education, innovation, and sustainable living, embodying the nation’s growth and potential.

Germany’s Wa! Germany pavilion, which BeWunder is working on in collaboration with facts and fiction GmbH to deliver comprehensive AVL solutions, focuses on the circular economy, inviting visitors to explore a zero-waste vision within a circular architectural space, while at the Kuwait Pavilion, the team brings Kuwaiti culture to life by incorporating advanced technology and design to present its heritage.
