QLINE Consulting announces request for proposal for Painshill Park

Painshill Park

QLINE Consulting, a specialist consultancy in ticketing, tourism and technology, has issued a ticketing, membership, retail and catering software request for proposal (RFP) for Painshill Park, an award-winning 18th-century landscape garden in Cobham, Surrey, UK.

Visitors to Painshill Park can travel down winding paths, stroll around Serpentine Lake, explore the forest, and discover follies such as the Turkish Tent, Gothic Temple, and Ruined Abbey. A day out here provides everything from history to outdoor recreation, meaning a trip is suitable for the whole family.

Charles Hamilton designed Painshill between 1738 and 1773 after being inspired by landscape paintings. Each of the distinctive buildings, from the Crystal Grotto to the Gothic Tower, represents a different architectural style. Other highlights include The Painshill Vineyard, a charming hermitage tucked away in the woods and the Waterwheel.

As an independent charity, Painshill Park does a lot of fundraising and is looking to grow its fundraising income.

Call for a solution to streamline processes

The goal of this RFP is to find and choose a partner who can offer a revenue management system that will enable the attraction to make its sales processes easier and more seamless for guests. Access control, retail point of sale and stock management, online retail sales, café point of sale, and general ticket sales made both at the admissions desk and online should be included. Some CRM functionality is required to be able to boost membership sales, improve customer communications, and produce more insightful customer reporting.

The scope of services should include all software, hardware, and services required to support the implementation, data migration, support, and ongoing sales. For more information, please click here. The closing date is 31 March.

Last year, Q-LINE Consulting announced The Shoestring Project, a tailored website package for visitor attractions looking to improve their digital presence with enhanced online marketing material.
