Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka, Missouri has been renamed Mid America Adventure by new operator Enchanted Parks.
The theme park was acquired in early 2026 by EPR Properties and is now under the management of Enchanted Parks.
In a statement posted on its website, Mid America Adventure said the rebrand "marks an exciting new chapter".
The new identity "reflects our commitment to honoring the park's 55-year legacy while embracing a future focused on creating unforgettable experiences for families throughout the Midwest", the statement added.
Along with the new name and visual identity, Mid America Adventure has launched 2027 season pass sales.
The announcement comes after Six Flags completed the sale of six US theme parks, as well as Six Flags La Ronde in Canada, to EPR Properties.
In addition to Mid America Adventure, US parks that have joined the Enchanted Parks family are Valleyfair in Minnesota, Worlds of Fun in Missouri, Michigan’s Adventure, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston, and Great Escape in New York.
Combined, these parks welcomed around 4.5 million visitors for the full year ended 31 December 2025, generating approximately $260m in net revenue.
“We need to reinvest in the parks; that is something that we've heard loud and clear from our consumers,” Enchanted Parks founder and CEO James Harhi told blooloop.
Reinvestment in theme parks
He added: “The interesting thing about these parks is that we have a very passionate fan base, which at times can be extremely loud and distracting as a leader.
"There is a sense of ownership in these parks, and we have to do a good job of being stewards. That ownership drives that loyalty.
"I don’t remember at Disney having to deal with that level of ownership, even from season pass holders and locals in Orlando."
EPR retains the right to use the Six Flags brand through the end of this year.
