Toverland in the Netherlands is introducing a brand-new scare maze set across seven hectares of real maize for this year's Halloween event.
Starting on 3 October, Toverland will offer 17 family-friendly Halloween Days alongside 13 Halloween Nights, which the park describes as Europe’s largest Halloween experience.
During Halloween Nights, 170 scare actors will take over the theme park across six thrilling scare zones and six separately ticketed haunted experiences.
Visitors can dance at a vampire ball, enjoy a circus filled with creepy clowns, walk with zombie warriors, and experience a forest of witches.

Hidden in the maize is the forgotten village of Twine End, which has gradually been reclaimed by nature "until time itself seemed to stand still", Toverland said.
"Visitors brave enough to make their way along narrow paths and past crumbling buildings must beware of the threat that lurks in the maize," the park added.
"Among the rustling stalks wander those who could not escape, longing for just one thing: humanity."
As for the family-friendly Halloween Days at Toverland, guests can see thousands of pumpkins in the revamped Pumpkin Farm and explore the Magisch Mais Mysterie.
Earlier this year, Toverland announced a €98 million expansion plan to grow into a resort destination, including a hotel and a new dark ride.
"Toverland is constantly evolving, as are the exact details of the various projects," a spokesperson for Toverland told blooloop. "We will therefore announce more information at a later date."
The theme park later revealed plans to replace the Maximus’ Blitz Bahn bobsled ride with a new swinging bobsled attraction.
