Phantom Peak, London's open-world immersive experience, has announced that it will open its new flagship at Westfield Stratford City on Friday 4 December 2026.

Tickets will initially be available via a brief presale, followed by sales to the general public, through the experience's new ticketing partner, On The Stage.

The new venue is a multi-level, accessible space designed for the experience, constructed by Tandem Set & Scenery and equipped with technology from The League of Adventure Group.

The original Canada Water venue closed on 28 February 2026, having seen 625 performances and more than 160,000 guests since its opening in 2022.

A new accessible venue designed for the experience

The Stratford venue is larger, multi-tiered, and fully accessible, offering more space for guests and three distinct districts to explore: Old Town, the Town Square, and Lakeside.

Old Town is an underground industrial mining settlement, while The Town Square features modern multi-story buildings, including the Town Hall and the in-world bar, the Thirsty Frontier Saloon.

Lakeside surrounds an indoor lake, a memorial garden, and the Church of the Cosmic Platypus.

The town entrance has been upgraded to include a new VIP option, allowing guests to arrive by train carriage for a personalised welcome. All other guests enter Old Town via the JONACO Marketing Office after descending the stairs. When the gates open, visitors are free to explore the area.

Character areas feature custom 'wingman' units by Tandem Set & Scenery, which activate lighting, sound, and physical effects for small groups as the story unfolds.

There's a themed bar open seven days a week offering cocktails, afternoon tea, and food, along with arcade and carnival games available regardless of bookings. The venue also hosts corporate events and private functions, accommodating groups from 10 to over 100.
