Its varied range of vacancies includes unusual and intriguing positions, such as an architectural technician, described as 'not a conventional architecture role' and theme artist positions which ask applicants to 'picture yourself visiting iconic destinations around the globe and proudly saying, "I painted/sculpted/carved this!"'.

Current vacancies are based in Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), where the company is experiencing exceptional growth.
Last month, Pico Play celebrated the one-year anniversary of its fabrication facility in KSA, where it has already established a team of 120 fun-makers. Growing demand in the Middle East has led Pico Play to open its cutting-edge facility in Al-Kharj, south of Riyadh, and has accelerated the company's growth plans. In November 2025, it is set to launch a second facility in the area.
