Game Volt, the product division of CONDUCTR, the UK-based innovation studio, has revealed its new premium digital shooting experience, Hotshots.

This new attraction has been developed for bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. By leveraging advanced technology, the premium digital shooting experience offers an immersive competitive gaming experience that boosts footfall and secondary spend.

Peter Cliff, CEO and co-founder of Game Volt, says: “For social gaming to work in hospitality venues, the experience has to be instantly engaging, easy to operate, and designed for repeat play. Hotshots delivers on all of this with a premium, immersive shooting experience that is as fun to watch as it is to play.

“It’s built for venues that want to offer something truly unique – a high-end, competitive experience that drives footfall and revenue.”

Premium experience

Based on the traditional shooting gallery, Hotshots uses advanced projection technology and high-end hardware to offer dynamic gameplay designed for optimum replay value.

Features include the most sophisticated shotgun controller on the market. This is a premium over-and-under double-barrel design that provides authentic haptic kickback, realistic weight and handling, and precision tracking for unparallelled accuracy.

In contrast to classic shooting-based attractions, Hotshots has been specifically designed for competitive socialising, with quick-fire, intense rounds that keep players engaged and entertain spectators.

Modular and updatable content, such as new game modes, seasonal overlays and branded IP partnerships, keep visitors engaged long-term and encourage repeat visits. In addition, the huge projection screen, real-time action replays and competitive format provide strong spectator appeal.

As a completely automated attraction, Hotshots does not need dedicated staff and so is an easy-to-run, profitable addition for venues. It has a small footprint of around 4m x 6m and so can be integrated into many venues without needing to change existing layouts.

Jos van der Steen, COO and co-founder of Game Volt, says: “We designed Hotshots with venue owners in mind.

“It’s compact, operator-free and modular, making it easy to install and run with minimal maintenance. Plus, the ability to update game content over time means it’s not just a one-time investment – it’s an evolving platform that keeps guests coming back.”

Hotshots can now be integrated into bars, restaurants and entertainment venues seeking a distinctive, premium social gaming experience for their guests.

Recently, Game Volt cemented its position as the largest tech-powered shuffleboard provider worldwide with the installation of its 75th Supercharged Shuffleboard.
