Raphaël Daguet is entertainment director at The Immersers, a creator of immersive cultural experiences for destinations such as Puy du Fou in France and Spain, France’s Futuroscope, and the UK’s Kynren.
His projects include the 'El Sueno de Toledo' show at Puy du Fou España. Based on 1,500 years of Spanish history, the performance includes more than 185 riders and actors on five hectares of stage, 800 projectors, and 60 water jets. Special effects include water, light, fire, pyrotechnics and drones.
One nomination says Daguet has “built an artistic career around scenography and staging thanks to an incredible springboard provided by Puy du Fou”.
It adds, “His creations are known to all: the Mime and L'Etoile shows go beyond immersion thanks to technical innovations that serve incredible scenography.”
