With over 12 years of experience spanning immersive attractions, exhibitions, and experiential design, Rosie brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective as a Creative Director, Art Director, Producer, and Narrative Spatial Designer.
At Merlin, Rosie leads the creative vision for projects across the Legoland Parks and Global Existing Estate, guiding teams from concept through to installation. Her work emphasizes guest-centric design, inclusive storytelling, and collaborative innovation, working closely with a broad range of talent including producers, creative technologists, strategists, and brand leads.
