Seeper, an award-winning immersive experience design studio and innovation lab, has been listed in The Sunday Times 100, an annual ranking of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.

"The Sunday Times Hundred 2026: UK's fastest-growing private companies logo."

This recognition celebrates a studio that has nearly 30 years of influence on how people experience brands, locations, stories, and interactions. It arrives as Seeper embarks on what its leadership calls its most ambitious phase yet.

The Sunday Times 100 ranks the top 100 fastest-growing independent private companies in the UK based on their compound annual sales growth over three financial years.

To qualify, companies must be profitable, privately owned, and show consistent, outstanding commercial performance.

Impactful experiences centred around the audience

Managing director Stuart McKenna says: "We’re delighted that Seeper has been recognised in this year’s Sunday Times 100 as one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies.

"Over the past few years, we’ve had the opportunity to work on some remarkable projects, grow our incredibly talented team, and continue pushing the boundaries of what immersive experiences can be. This recognition feels less like a destination and more like encouragement for what comes next.

"We couldn’t be more grateful to our clients, collaborators, partners and friends of the studio who have been part of the journey.”

Chief finance officer Scott Smith adds: “It’s fantastic to see Seeper’s growth recognised in this year’s Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Businesses list.

“Rapid growth brings both opportunity and responsibility. As we’ve scaled, we’ve continued to invest in our people, systems, and processes to ensure that growth remains sustainable and well governed.

"Establishing the right foundations has enabled us to support increasing demand while maintaining financial discipline, leaving us well positioned to capitalise on future opportunities and continue creating long-term value.”

Founded in 1997 by Evan Grant, Seeper has dedicated 28 years to blending art, technology, and human experience.

The studio specialises in creating immersive environments, interactive installations, and large-scale experiences that not only grab attention but also leave a lasting impression.

From innovative digital installations to flagship projects in culture, entertainment, and destination venues, Seeper’s approach is rooted in the belief that the most impactful experiences are those centred around the audience.

Seeper, based in London and working worldwide, merges meticulous creative skills with strong technical knowledge.

The studio has expanded considerably in recent years, securing high-profile projects in the cultural, entertainment, and public sectors—a growth path now officially acknowledged by The Sunday Times.

Looking to the future

Seeper’s growth has been fueled by an increasing portfolio of high-profile, complex commissions. Although the studio cannot disclose all details yet, this demonstrates the significant ambitions supported by clients from various sectors and regions.

Seeper is currently developing a major cultural destination in North East England. This publicly funded space aims to unite learning, creativity, and community, representing a new approach to regional cultural infrastructure.

The studio is creating a groundbreaking immersive entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, aligned with a national initiative to redefine how people experience culture, heritage, and community in the region.

While neither project can be publicly named now, they exemplify Seeper’s core approach: ambitious scope, storytelling focus, and people-centered development.

The Sunday Times 100 listing comes at a time of thoughtful development for the studio. After nearly 30 years of experience, it has clarified its purpose and significance: Seeper is a studio of spatial storytellers, driven by a philosophy it calls the Art and Science of Belonging.

The studio is refining its visual and creative identity to better reflect its true self. This isn't about reinventing the brand, but about making what it has always been more visible to audiences and partners.

As the leadership explains, the goal isn't to change who the company is, but to help more people discover it.

In March 2026, Seeper appointed renowned industry leader Lauren Dyer as client growth director. This move marks a key moment in the company’s 2026 expansion strategy and will support its future development.
