Visitors to Miami’s new Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, that opened May 8th 2017, will be able to delve deeper into some of its marine inhabitants thanks to a brand new interactive exhibit designed by Interspectral.
Using Inside Explorer technology, 3D X-ray scans of the same sharks and rays that are swimming in the aquarium tanks next door will allow visitors to better appreciate their amazing physiology and gain a better understanding of how they function.
The visitors to the aquarium will be able to “virtually dissect” the sharks on large touch tables by making simple gestures to manipulate, zoom and see through layers of the 3D X-ray scans.
