Loro Parque Zoo Pygmy Hippopotamus

Considered one of nature’s great mammals, originally from Africa, the 2 pygmy hippopotamuses in Loro Parque (Choeropsis liberiensis) are characterized by their small size, measuring between 75 and 83 centimeters high, 150-177 centimeters long and weighting from 180 to 275 kilos.
