Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has completed the sale of six US theme parks to new owner EPR Properties as it works to optimise its portfolio.
Announced last month, Six Flags is selling seven properties in North America to EPR Properties. The sale of Six Flags La Ronde in Montreal, Quebec is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
Now part of the EPR Properties portfolio are:
- Valleyfair (Minneapolis, Minnesota)

- Michigan’s Adventure (Grand Rapids, Michigan)
- Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston (Galveston, Texas)
